Job Description
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to laptops, Desktop, Network switches, Wireless access points (such as Aruba and cisco WAP), Printers, and IP phones, etc..
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software including essential operating systems and applications such as windows 7, windows 8 and windows 10 , MS office 365 applications such as Microsoft office , OneDrive and SharePoint document sharing ), file sharing offline, network switches, wireless access points , standalone and network shared printers.
- Kaspersky endpoint Antivirus installation and troubleshooting for clients’ desktop and laptop computers.
- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting office 365 applications.
- Good experience with basic Microsoft systems administrative tasks for; Active directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows backup, File sharing, Internet access and connection installation and troubleshooting.
- Daily check for clients’ server room’s equipment including; servers physical health check, network devices and WAN connections operation and performance check.
- Interactive and remote support for clients’ technical requests and issues.
- Co-ordinate with teams to assist them with any IT infrastructure activity related to network installation or upgrades.
- Test new technologies and services with responsible team members.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the IT Manager
- Ensure that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers
Qualifications
- Bachelors in IT or computer science or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of IT Technical Support hands-on experience.
- Very Good MCSE knowledge or Certification
- Good CCNA , ITIL Knowledge , certification is a plus
- Good experience with Mac OS installation and Mac application installation and troubleshooting
- Have good knowledge of one of IT service management application such as (BMC Remedy, ManageEngine ServiceDesk plus, etc.)
